Dokumentert effekt ved behandling av pasienter med cSSTI og CAP
Zinforo er en femte generasjons cefalosporin med et utvidet spektrum av aktivitet* sammenlignet med tredje generasjons cefalosporiner2.
Zinforo tilbyr dekning på tvers av en rekke patogener som er vanlig i kompliserte infeksjoner i hud og bløtvev (cSSTI) og pneumoni ervervet utenfor sykehus (CAP)1,3,4.
*Effekten er vist på cSSTI i kliniske studier mot følgende patogener som er følsomme overfor Zinforo® in vitro: Staphylococcus aureus (inkludert methicillin-resistent stamme), Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus anginosusgroup, Streptococcus dysgalactiae, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Klebsiella oxytoca og Morganella morganii1.
